Based in Jeddah
Key Responsibilities:
Assure us the best Hardware/Software is used with the best comparable prices.
Manage daily operations of the IT department.
Install and configure wireless networking equipment.
Support in newly installed systems generating reports.
Assist with the installation of new hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners and help train employees in its use.
Support and fix all user's problems Assess infrastructure on regular basis.
Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, hardware security, and email security.
Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency and enhance workflow.
Understand and recommend needed IT hardware/software needed.
PERSONAL PROFILE:
User & Customer Support.
Problem-Solving.
Planning & organizing.
Managing IT operations.
Networks and Telecommunication.
Retail Software.
Microsoft/ Windows.
Hardware and software solving issues.
a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
Bachelor’s Degree/ Certificate in Computer Science.
Fluent in English.
